All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices for our services are displayed on our website or communicated at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or cash.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance without charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.

5. Access & Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that our cleaners have access to the property at the agreed time.

  • You are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and fragile items during the cleaning.

  • Any specific cleaning instructions or requirements should be communicated in advance.

6. Liability

  • We take care to provide our services to a high standard, but we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property.

  • Any claims or complaints must be raised within 24 hours of the service being completed.
